Recently, our courier was affected by a ransomware attack, which was aimed at many large businesses. The attack was designed to destroy data, rather than steal it.
Since the attack, our courier has been working hard to restore all functions, although some deliveries were delayed as a result as all automated processes had to be done by hand.
However, all the issues caused by the attack have now been resolved. Online tracking is available once more and all automated processes are back in action.
At Flexel, we are obviously pleased our courier has managed to resolve everything as quickly as possible and we hope that nothing like this happens in the future.
