You may heard of the recent ransomware attack which has affected a wide range of companies. One of the companies affected is TNT, our courier company.
While they are working hard to get their computer systems back online, many processes have to be done manually. As a result many deliveries have been delayed and tracking is not available.
TNT are confident this will be restored in the next few days, and any underfloor heating orders that have been delayed will be delivered as quickly as possible.
